As of December 31, 2011, the Company held minor stakes in Alianza Compania de Seguros y Reaseguros SA, Alianza Vida Seguros y Reaseguros SA, and Investa SA Sociedad Agente de Bolsa, and La Positiva Vida Seguros y Reaseguros SA was the Company's majority shareholder with 90.67% of its interest.
