Toga Limited is a holding company that conducts its business through its subsidiaries. The Company has two lines of business. The first is its technology business, in which the Company is developing a social media application called Yippi or the Yippi App. The Yippi App is a mobile application with a focus on enabling people to connect and share with friends and family on the application. The Yippi App also focuses on entertainment and security. The Company, through Yippi, also offers an in-app feature called TogaGo, which enables users to search for the best price for their travel needs on an array of hotel, cruise, and flights and book and purchase these accommodations. In addition to TogaGo, it is engaged in selling advertising, emoji stickers, and Yipps through its tipping feature called Yippi Star. Its second business consists of products based on traditional, eastern wellness principles that the Company markets and sells under its Eostre brand through a direct marketing network.
