Timbercreek Global Real Estate Fund Stock

Timbercreek Global Real Estate Fund is a closed-end fund. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide unitholders with quarterly cash distributions and preserve capital while providing the opportunity for long-term capital appreciation for unitholders. The Fund invests in diversified portfolio of real estate securities, including common equity, preferred shares and debt of both public and private real estate investment trusts and real estate companies in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and other countries. The Fund invests in a range of sectors, including shopping center, office, multifamily, industrial, regional mall, hotel, healthcare, mortgage real estate investment trusts (REITs), manufactured home, student housing, residential and self-storage. The Fund seeks to invest over 20% of its total assets in real estate. Timbercreek Asset Management Ltd. is the manager of the Fund.
