Canada segment includes all business-to-business and business-to-consumer activity within Canada. This includes toll processing and co-packing, product sales, and analytical testing. United States and International segment include all activity related to the Green Roads CBD health and wellness manufacturing facility in Florida, United States. Its products are formulated for the recreational, health and wellness, and medical consumer segments and are offered across all cannabis product categories. It also manufactures, distributes, and sells a range of cannabidiol (CBD) products in the United States through its subsidiary Green Roads, Inc. (Green Roads), and distributes medicinal cannabis products to international markets through its subsidiary Valens Australia Pty Ltd (Valens Australia).
