The Gabelli Convertible and Income Securities Fund Inc. Stock

The Gabelli Convertible and Income Securities Fund Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The investment objective of the Fund is to seek a high level of total return on its assets. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances the Fund will invest at least 80% of the value of its total assets in convertible securities, such as securities (bonds, debentures, notes, stocks and other similar securities) that are convertible into common stock or other equity securities, and income securities, such as nonconvertible debt or equity securities. The Fund’s portfolio of investments includes energy and utilities, financial services, semiconductors, automotive, aerospace, broadcasting, transportation, consumer products, consumer services, entertainment, and telecommunications. Gabelli Funds, LLC is the investment adviser of the Fund.
