Thai Airways International Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, engaged in the operation of airline businesses and business units which related directly to transportation. The Company’s segments are Air transportation activities, Business units, and Other activities. The Air transportation activities segment consists of passenger, freight, and mail services. The business units segment is directly related to transportation activities, which include cargo and mail commercials, ground customer services, ground support equipment services, and catering services. The other activities segment is engaged in transportation supporting activities, which include flight management services, sale of duty-free goods, sale of souvenir products from the maintenance division, and the operation of subsidiaries. The Company has a network servicing approximately 61 destinations in 26 countries all over the world, whereas eight destinations are domestic (excluding Bangkok).
