StrikePoint Gold Inc. is a Canada-based multi-asset gold exploration company focused on building precious metals resources in the Western United States and in Canada. The Company holds mineral claims with approximately 145 square kilometers of prospective geology under claim, encompassing two district scale projects, the Hercules Gold Project and the Cuprite Gold Project. The Hercules Gold Project consists of 1,323 unpatented mining claims and four patented mining claims covering approximately 100 square kilometers of prospective Walker Lane geology located approximately one hour from Reno, Nevada. The Cuprite Gold Project consists of approximately 574 unpatented claims covering 44-square kilometers. Cuprite is in Nevada, approximately 15-kilometres south of Goldfield, and approximately 75-kilometres northwest of Beatty, Nevada. The Company also holds a 100% interest in the Willoughby property, located in northwestern British Columbia.
