The Company owns its entire business process and implements all elements of residential development with its own resources officials. The Company has focus primarily on condominiums, but includes development of student housing projects and rental residential units as well. Its portfolio of buildings right encompasses over 20 projects, among them are Twin House, Rosteriet, Kosmopoliten, Tellus Towers, Taby Park and Metronomen. The Company's majority shareholder is a Swiss-based enterprise Eurodevelopment Holding AG.
