SNS Network Technology Berhad is a Malaysia-based company. The Company's principal activities comprise the provision of Information Communication Technology (ICT) products, services, and solutions. Its core business activities are the sale of ICT products, including hardware, devices, and related peripherals, as well as the provision of ICT services and solutions, device repair and related services, and broadband services. The sales of ICT products include a range of third-party brands (Apple, Intel, Samsung, and others) and its in-house brand (JOI). It has developed a range of JOI products, including laptops, tablets, desktops, interactive smartboards, mobile charging stations, and other related peripherals. For software issues, it performs remote software troubleshooting, whereas for hardware issues, it assists logistically to send devices to authorized third-party service centers or, for Apple and JOI products, to its in-house service centers.
