Silver Spruce Resources Inc. is a Canadian junior exploration company. The Company's projects include Melchett Lake VMS Zn-Ag-Au-Cu Project, Jackie Au-Ag Project, and Pino de Plata Ag Project. It owns 100% of Pino de Plata Ag Project located approximately 15 kilometers (km) west of Coeur Mining's Palmarejo Mine in western Chihuahua, Mexico. The Pino de Plata property consists of over 397 hectares in four concessions. The 100% owned Melchett Lake property is located within the English River Sub-province of the Archean-age Superior Province as part of the east to west-trending Melchett metasedimentary-metavolcanic belt. The Jackie property is an early-stage precious metal project located over five km south-southwest of the towns of Tepoca and Carrizal, and 175 km east-southeast of the city of Hermosillo, eastern Sonora, Mexico. The Jackie Project is located within the west-central portion of the Sierra Madre Occidental Volcanic Complex northern Mexico.
