Safe at Sea AB is a Sweden-based company active within the sea rescue sector worldwide. It is engaged in the development, production and sale of search and rescue (SAR) systems. The Company’s main product is Rescuerunner. It is a rescue unit that uses a personal water craft (PWC) combined with a rescue sled. Rescuerunner is used for transportation and launch as underslung helicopter load. The Company’s customers include National Sea Rescue Institute in South Africa, Swedish Sea Rescue Society, Red Cross in Norway and Finnish Border Guard, among others. As of August 31, 2011, the Company’s two largest shareholders were King River Invest AB, which held 34.58% of the Company’s shares and Start Invest AB, which held 8.42% of the Company’s shares.
