The Company also establishes, maintains, operates, lease or transfers the above infrastructure facilities on BOT, BOLT and BOOT basis. It has constructed approximately 9621 lane kilometers (km) of roads and highways (both state and national highways). Its subsidiaries include Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited (SIPL) and Sadbhav Gadag Highway Pvt Ltd.
