Resolve Business Outsourcing Income Fund (the Fund) is an open-ended, limited-purpose trust. The Fund was established to indirectly acquire Resolve Corporation and CSRS Holdings, Ltd. (CSRS). Resolve is a provider in Canada of consumer and student loan administration services, credit card portfolio management services, search and registration services, credit and loyalty application processing, medical and dental insurance claims processing, call centre and customer support, marketing and promotional support, and fulfillment services. Resolve operates business process outsourcing (BPO). Its BPO solution portfolio includes Financial and Administrative solutions (F&AS) and Contact Centre Services solutions. The solutions for customers are focused to include two or more portfolio solutions as part of the overall BPO solution. In July 2009, Archway acquired the supply chain management division of the Fund. In July 2009, Davis + Henderson Income Fund acquired a 79% interest in the Fund.
