Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in the business of international vessel operations. The Company’s geographic areas include Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, The People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, and other countries around the South China Sea. The Company operates through three lines of business, namely, shipper owned container (SOC), carrier owned container (COC) and value-added logistic services. For its COC business, the Company also operates a container box fleet of 130,000 TEUs comprising of both owned and leased boxes to support its customer’s activities. These boxes are offered directly to exporters and importers to load for transportation in the trading lanes that Company serves. The Company operates a fleet of approximately 41 container vessels with sizes ranging from over 388 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) to 11,714 TEUs. Its subsidiaries include RCLS Co., Ltd., RCL Logistics Co., Ltd. and Santi Bhum Co., Ltd.
