Rawlplug SA, (formerly Koelner SA), is a Poland-based manufacturer and wholesaler of fixings for construction and industry sectors. Its range of activities includes the production and distribution of fixing systems, cable suspension systems, insulation fixings for facades and roofs, self-drilling screws, powder actuated and gas-driven fastening systems, accessories for drywall systems, wood connectors, ropes and rope accessories, as well as hand and power tools, including screw drivers, pliers, hammers, drilling and cutting tools, and others. It product portfolio includes about 40,000 items offered under such brand names as Koelner, Modeco, Rrawlplug, Globus and Rawlfixing. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated a number of subsidiaries based in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, Ukraine, South Africa, Germany and Slovakia, among others.
