Rasa Industries, Ltd. is a Japan-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of chemicals such as flocculants for water treatment, industrial waste treatment machines and special screens, others business about precision machinery, catalyst regeneration for petroleum refining, as well as real estate leasing business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Chemical Products segment is engaged in production of phosphoric acid and phosphorus secondary salts, flocculating agents for water treatment, high-performance drugs for the electronics industry and antibacterial agents. The Machinery segment is engaged in production of digging machines, shredding related machines, municipal solid waste and industrial waste processing machines. The Electronic Materials segment is engaged in production of high purity inorganic materials and radioactive iodine adsorbents. In addition, the Company is also engaged in reprocessing business and real estate leasing business.
