AB Pivdennyi PAT (Pivdennyi Bank) is a Ukraine-based bank engaged in the commercial and retail banking operations within Ukraine, as well as foreign exchange activities. The Bank operates through four business segments: Retail banking provides private banking services, private customer current accounts, savings, deposits, investment savings products, custody, credit and debit cards, consumer loans and mortgages; Corporate banking segment offers direct debit facilities, current accounts, deposits, overdrafts, loan and other credit facilities, foreign currency and derivative products; Treasury division offers interbank loans and deposits, structured financing and derivative products, and Investment banking offers financial instruments trading, structured financing, corporate leasing, merger and acquisitions advice. The Bank is active through a network of 17 branches across Ukraine and one subsidiary, located in Latvia.
