ProPhotonix Limited designs and manufactures light emitting diode (LED) illumination solutions and laser modules. The Company operates in two segments: LED's, and Laser & Diodes. In the LED segment, the Company designs and manufactures LED systems for the inspection, machine vision, medical and military markets. The Laser & Diodes segment distributes laser diodes, and designs and manufactures custom laser diodes modules. The Company's products include LED line lights; LED spotlights, area, and ring lights; structured light lasers; laser modules; laser assemblies and lenses; laser diodes, and custom and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products. The industries, which it serves include automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) solutions, automotive manufacturing, entertainment, food and beverage, medical, packaging, pharmaceutical, printing, scientific, security and transport, semi-conductor and solar.
