Primetech SA, formerly known as Kopex SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in the mining and construction sector. Its activities include producing and distributing of machines and equipment used in mining and construction industries. Its product portfolio includes longwall systems, longwall shearers, powered roof supports, scraper conveyors, mobile conveyors, spreaders, bucket wheel excavators (BWE), crushers, roadheaders, belt conveyors, underground haulage and transport equipments, and electrical devices, such as transformers, circuit breakers, voltage converters, among others. It also offers design services for underground mining and underground mining construction works. Additionally, the Company offers thermal and coking coals. The Company operates through numerous subsidiaries, in such countries as Poland, Australia, China, the Russian Federation, Germany, South Africa and Indonesia.
