The company also holds 1% royalty on Yamana's Gualcamayo Gold Mine from Golden Arrow. Premier Royalty Corp. holds 1.5% NSR royalty, a 3% NSR royalty and a 5% production royalty on mining claims located in Nevada from Premier Gold Mines U.S.A., Inc. The Company holds 1.5% NSR royalty on the San Andres deposit in Honduras and a 1.5% NSR on the Sao Vicente and Sao Francisco Mines in Brazil from Yamana Gold Inc.
