Pod Point Group Holdings plc is a United Kingdom-based provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions. The Company operates through four segments: UK Home, UK Commercial, UK Distribution, Owned Asset, and Energy Flex. UK Home segment is engaged in the sale of charge points to for installation at homes in the United Kingdom. UK Commercial segment is engaged in the sale and installation of charge points in commercial settings such as destinations and workplace parking. UK Distribution comprises sale of charge points to commercial customers such as housebuilders and wholesale channels. Owned Asset segment consist of operating activities relating to customer contracts, in which Pod Point owns the charge point assets but charges a fee for provision of media screens on the charge points for advertising purposes, and charges end customers for the use of these assets. Energy Flex segment consist of activities relating to provision of a flexibility service.
