Pinehill Pacific Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company is focused on the development of natural resources and other viable commercial activities, including venturing into oil palm plantations in Malaysia and Indonesia. Its segments include Plantations and Investment Holding. The Plantation segment is in the business of cultivating oil palm and processing palm oil. It offers crude palm oil, palm kernel, and fresh fruit bunches for sale. The Investment Holding segment involves the Company’s investments in subsidiaries and the provision of management services to these subsidiaries. The Company holds approximately 19,216 hectares of land designated for oil palm cultivation in the Sintang district of West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Of this, approximately 8,022 hectares have been developed and planted. The Company’s subsidiaries are Pinehill Plantations (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (PPM) and Agri Business Advisory Services Sdn. Bhd. PPM is engaged in the investment holding business.
