Its principal activity is to engage in the business of holding and developing real estate or other properties for industrial, commercial, residential, leisure or sports purposes, and in pursuance thereof, to acquire by purchase, lease or otherwise, real estate and/or appurtenant properties and/or interest therein. Its segments are divided as per the location of business activities. The Metro Manila segment includes industrial park and condominium projects. The Other Luzom Areas segment is engaged in subdivision development. Cebu segment includes subdivision, mixed use and condominium projects. The Iloilo segment includes subdivision, mixed use and condominium projects. The Davao segment include the administrative office. Its completed projects include Pearl of the Orient Tower, Metrotech Industrial Park Valenzuela, Pacific Grand Villas Phase I, II, III, IV, Pacific Grand Townhomes Phase I, Costa Smeralda, and Chateaux Geneva.
