Phenom Resources Corp. is a Canada-based company engaged in the business of evaluating, acquiring, exploring, and if warranted, developing natural resource properties. It has a 100% interest in the Carlin Gold-Vanadium Project, located in Elko County, six miles south of the town of Carlin, Nevada. The Project lies within the prolific Carlin Gold Trend. The Carlin Gold-Vanadium Property is composed of 150 unpatented mineral claims and 80 acres of fee simple land totaling 2,608 acres. The West Jerome property consists of approximately five square kilometers of claims on the west side of Freeport McMoran patented lands. Its Crescent Valley property is located in Eureka County, Nevada. It has an interest in the Dobbin Gold property, a Carlin Gold-type target, and Crescent Valley Property, which has a Bonanza high grade gold vein-type and a critical metal IOCG-type target. It has been optioned to the King Solomon Gold Project in central Nevada, 120 kilometers southwest of Eureka, NV.
