Exsim Hospitality Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company manages a diverse portfolio of owned and third-party properties. The Company’s segments include Own and Operate, Hospitality Operator, Fit-out and Investment Holding. Under the Own and Operate segment, the Company holds ownership of its hospitality assets. Under the Hospitality Operator segment, the Company manages third-party short-term rentals, sharing profits with owners for above-market returns through high occupancy and room rates. Its Fit-out segment is engaged in the provision of interior design, renovation and fit-out services for hospitality assets. Its Investment Holding segment comprises mainly investment, dormant and inactive subsidiaries. In the Own and Operate segment, it is engaged in site inspection and assessment as well as site clearing and preparation work for the Corus Paradise Resort’s renovation.
