The Company operates through four segments: Guarding and Cleaning Services, which includes security guard and oil facility cleaning services; Coaching and Training Services, which includes specialized training programs in Jiu-Jitsu, mixed martial arts, and combat sports; Educational Services, which includes the provision and management of educational institutions; and Others, which includes IT research and physiotherapy treatment services. International Holding Company PJSC is the parent of the Company. Its subsidiaries include Direct Trading LLC, Palms Sports Events LLC, Securiguard Middle East LLC, Secure Recruitment Services Establishment LLC, Securiguard Middle East Co LLC, among others.
