Puldin Holding AD (Puldin Holding JSC) is a Bulgaria-based holding company that is principally engaged in the acquisition, appraisal and managing of shares and bonds, as well as the cession of licenses for patents. It specializes in the establishment, restructuring, management and finance of its subsidiaries. The Holding has shares in Bulgarian companies active in the tourism industry, the diversified trading industry, the electrical components and equipment industry, the metal packages industry, the construction materials industry and the agricultural machinery and equipment industry. It has six subsidiaries, including ZAE AD (52.21%), Podemstroymash AD (68.36%), Metalopak AD (51.30%) and three wholly owned subsidiaries: ZAE komers EOOD, Paldin komers EOOD and BAI construction EOOD. It also has a 95.61% stake in BISS-91 AD and a 37.51% interest in ZSHM AD.
