Ovation Science Inc. is a Canada-based drug development company. The Company develops topical and transdermal cannabidiol (CBD)/ tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and other cannabinoid products which are out-licensed and also distributed under its own brands; ARLO CBD Beauty and InVibe MD (wellness line); all powered by its patented Invisicare skin delivery technology. The Company manufactures, distributes, sells, markets, sub-licenses and promotes products formulated with Invisicare, containing cannabinoids, hemp seed oil or synthetic derivatives of cannabis. The Company has developed topical and transdermal creams and lotions made with CBD, THC and combinations thereof plus hemp seed oil. Invisicare is a patented polymer-based technology for topical and transdermal skincare products. ARLO CBD Beauty offers science-based skincare solutions. Invibe MD offers a health and wellness product line infused with hemp-derived CBD and developed using Invisicare drug delivery technology.
