On & Offshore Holding As is a Norway-based company providing services and personnel in the areas of engineering, project management and other mechanical disciplines such as hydraulics. Its offering is dedicated primarily to maintenance and modification of rigs, vessels and other offshore installations, as well as land-based industry. The Company operates its own mechanics workshop where it carries out prefabrication, assembly and maintenance of hydraulics equipment. The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries: On & Offshore Services AS, providing engineering services, fabrication and new construction, installation, project maintenance and modification, staffing support, training and courses, among others; and On & Offshore Operations AS, providing consulting and project management.
