Odyssey Semiconductor Technologies, Inc. is a semiconductor device company. The Company is engaged in developing high-voltage power switching components and systems based on its proprietary Gallium Nitride (GaN) processing technology. The Company owns and operates an approximately 10,000 square feet semiconductor wafer manufacturing facility with a mix of lean space as well as tools for advanced semiconductor development and production. The Company also offers semiconductor device development and foundry services. It has developed a processing modification that allows GaN to be processed in a manner that makes high-voltage GaN power switching devices viably manufactured. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Odyssey Semiconductor, Inc. (Odyssey Semiconductor), and Odyssey Semiconductor’s wholly owned subsidiary is JR2J, LLC (JR2J).
