The principal activity of the Company is to invest in a diversified portfolio of United Kingdom smaller companies in order to generate capital growth over the long term, as well as an attractive tax-free dividend stream. The Company is focused on providing early-stage, development and expansion funding to unquoted companies which seek to generate a financial return and with business activities which are aligned with certain investment themes. Investments will be made in unquoted companies which fall within the given sustainability themes: building a sustainable planet, empowering people, and revitalizing healthcare. The Company makes an initial investment of £0.1 million to £10 million. The Company is managed by Octopus AIF Management Limited (the Manager).
