Ocean RIG UDW Inc is a Cayman Islands-based offshore drilling contractor. It provides oilfield services for offshore oil and gas exploration, development and production drilling, and specializing in the ultra-deepwater and harsh-environment segment of the offshore drilling industry. The Company owns and operates offshore ultra deepwater drilling units, comprising of ultra deepwater semisubmersible drilling rigs and ultra deepwater drillships. Its fleet includes: Ocean Rig UDW Drill Ships (Enchanced SAIPEM 10000 Design), namely Ocean Rig Olympia, Ocen Rig Poseidon and Ocean Rig Mykonos, among others, as well as UDW and Harsh Environment Semi-Submersible Bingo 9000 Design, namely Eirik Raude and Leiv Eiriksson.
