The principal activities of the Company are manufacturing and selling table glassware. The Company’s main business is manufacturing and selling dining table glassware worldwide in over 90 countries under Ocean, POSH trademarks for soda-lime glassware, and Lucaris trademark for premium level of lead-free crystal glass. Its products are classified into three types, such as blown ware, press ware, and stemware. LUCARIS brand provides the crystal glassware collections for wines and spirits. Its glass wares include Doppio Double Wall Glass, Centique Collection, Connexion, CraftMhan, and San Marino Shot, among others. The Company’s subsidiaries include Ocean Glass Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Ocean Glass Trading India Private Limited, and Crystal Clear Innovation Co., Ltd.
