Nortec Minerals Corp. is a mineral exploration company focused on identifying gold and copper properties. Its Pearl Gold Project is located in Nevada, United States of America, a past-producing high-grade gold mine, under option agreement to acquire over 69 Federal Lode claims totaling 1425.5 acres. Its Barker Bay Gold Project is located in the Kenora Mining District of northwestern Ontario. The Company also holds 100% interests in two exploration stage critical mineral (zinc) projects, namely the Sturgeon Lake VMS and the Mattagami River Zinc properties, both located in Ontario, Canada. Additionally, the Company holds a 16.4% interest in Tammela Gold in Southwest Finland. The Mattagami River Zinc project is located in the Agate and Tucker townships of the Porcupine mining division of Northeastern Ontario and comprises approximately 35 unpatented mining claims having a combined area of over 735 hectares, located approximately 50 kilometers northeast of the town of Kapuskasing, Ontario.
