The Nightingale Robotic Aerial Security (RAS) system is an autonomous perimeter security system to guard these critical infrastructure locations. The Company operates at the intersection of three market segments: Commercial UAS and drones, Security and Surveillance, and Protecting Critical Infrastructure. The Company is focused on the business verticals of enterprise, defense, and emergency response linked to critical infrastructure locations, such as utilities, pharmaceutical facilities and laboratories, military facilities, data centers. The majority of the Company’s business activities occur in the United States, but it has also made sales in Europe, Australia, Saudi Arabia, and Brazil.
