Tamdown's operations are focused on the southeast of England and London. Tamdown customers are United Kingdom housebuilders and affordable housing developers, including housing associations. Tamdown works with various quoted housebuilders. Tamdown also works alongside a number of housing associations that deliver mixed tenure developments and are focused on the affordable homes segment of the housing market.
