NewOrigin Gold Corp. is a Canadian exploration company focused on drill discovery at its gold projects in the Canadian Shield. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Sky Lake, North Abitibi, and South Abitibi projects. The Sky Lake gold project is located 35 kilometers (km) southwest of Pickle Lake in northwestern Ontario. The project consists of about 446 single cell mining claims covering an area of approximately 87.6 square kilometers (km2) and 29 patented mining claims (the Koval Claims). The North Abitibi is a gold exploration project located approximately 150 km north of Kirkland Lake, Ontario, in the Abitibi greenstone belt. The property consists of 196 single cell and 21 boundary cell mineral claims. The South Abitibi Project is located approximately 15 km southwest of the Cobalt Mining District in the Temagami-Cobalt region of the Abitibi greenstone belt and comprises 195 single cell mineral claims. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Harfang Exploration Inc.
