The Semiconductor segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture of products such as wafer level package bumping, fan-out wafer level packaging and integrated circuit consumables. The Electronic Materials segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture of electronic materials. The Secondary Battery segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture of lead tabs for secondary batteries. The Company sells its products in domestic and overseas markets.
