It engages in real estate activities such as purchasing, selling, construction management, and maintenance of properties. The Company also owns, manages, operates, invests in, and leases hotels, health clubs, parks, gardens, exhibitions, restaurants, residential complexes, and resorts. The Company's subsidiaries include Kuwait Touristic Enterprise Development Company (Private Shareholding Company), Al Takafouh Al-Thahabi General Trading and Contracting Company W.L.L., and HRD International for Human Resource Development W.L.L., among others.
