This project is undertaken by its subsidiary, West Synergy Sdn. Bhd. Its segments include Properties and Investment holding. The Properties segment is engaged in development of residential and commercial properties for sale, property investment and sale of oil palm fruits from land not opened up for development yet. The Investment holding segment is focused on the holding of investments and related activities. The Company’s subsidiaries include Appreplex (M) Sdn Bhd, Bahtera Muhibbah Sdn Bhd, Cesuco Trading Limited, CSB Holdings Sdn Bhd, Elegantplex (M) Sdn Bhd, Heritage Challenger (M) Sdn Bhd, and others. CSB Holdings Sdn Bhd is a property investment company.
