Moneda Latam Corporate Bond Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end investment fund. The Fund is established as a trust to provide holders (the Unitholders) of Class A Units and Class U Units (collectively, the Units) with investment exposure to a diversified portfolio of fixed income securities of companies located in or with significant operations in Latin America. The Fund's investment objectives are to preserve and enhance the net asset value (NAV) of the Fund and provide the Unitholders with quarterly tax-advantaged distributions consisting primarily of returns of capital, in each case through exposure by virtue of a forward agreement to the total return performance of the Moneda Deuda Latinoamericana Fondo de Inversion (the Moneda Fund). The Fund's manager is Scotia Managed Companies Administration Inc., which is a subsidiary of Scotia Capital Inc. and provides all administrative services required by the Fund.
