MOL.Com Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company provides incubator services and corporate, administrative and financial support to its subsidiaries and associated companies. MOL.Com Berhad is organized into three business segments: electrical products, information technology (IT) and Internet related business, and investment holding. The electrical products segment includes electricians, electrical engineers, contractors and sellers of electrical machinery and apparatus. The IT and Internet related business segment includes the operation and maintenance of Web portals, registration and marketing of Internet domain names, the provision of Web and IT solutions, advertising, and promotional activities. On February 21, 2006, it completed the acquisition of Forum Digital Sdn Bhd. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005, MOL.Com Berhad disposed of its entire equity interest of 95% in Web Commerce Communications Limited. In April 2007, the Company acquired Gironet Limited.
