MHM Automation Limited is a New Zealand-based company, which is a designer and manufacturer of post-harvest vegetable and fruit handling equipment. The Company operates through four segments: Automation, Fabrication, Mercer Technologies, and Corporate. Automation designs, manufactures, delivers and services automated solutions to a range of industries, predominantly in the food sector. The Fabrication division includes the Mercer Stainless and supply chain execution (SCE) workshops in Christchurch that sell, design and manufacture proprietary equipment for primary industries across New Zealand and Australia. Mercer Technologies division manages the Company’s research and development that sits outside of the Automation business. Mercer Technologies focuses on commercializing the S-Clave medical sterilization technology in partnership with Atherton. It serves to the industries, such as agriculture and fertilizer, dairy, food processing, horticulture, industrial, logistics, and meat.
