The Aruba Project consists of five prospecting licenses totaling approximately 4,663 square kilometers in South-Central Botswana, approximately 200 kilometers (km) west of the coeval Bushveld Complex in neighboring South Africa. The Old Timer Property is located approximately 17 km southeast of Nelson. The Old Timer Property has eight zones of mineralization. Its Silver Hill project is located in Davidson County, North Carolina. Silver Hill property is approximately 1,300 acres. Its Byrd-Pilot Mountain Project is located in central North Carolina within the Carolina Terrane.
