Merlin Diamonds Limited is engaged in diamond exploration and development in the Northern Territory, Australia. The Company is engaged in development activities at its Merlin diamond mine. The Company's Merlin Diamond Project comprises the Merlin Diamond Mine operations and the surrounding exploration tenements totaling approximately 2,154 square kilometers. The Merlin Diamond Project is located approximately 100 kilometers south of the settlement of Borroloola and comprises over 14 kimberlite pipes, grouped into approximately four clusters. The Company is also pursuing various exploration targets within the tenement holding surrounding the Merlin Diamond Project. The Company holds three mining licenses, M80/492, M80/526 and M80/532, in the North Kimberley region of Western Australia. The leases include the Ashmore and Seppelt diamondiferous kimberlites. The Company's Arnhem Land projects include a total of one granted exploration license (EL26206).
