Its segments include real estate, electricity generation and distribution and others. It is the aggregator of land procurement and construction of the central public utility system, as well as the management and ownership of the public utility system. Its projects and services include an industrial estate project, a hydropower generation project, a combined heat power generation project, an alternative power generation project, and a biomass wood project, including the cannabis project for medical benefits. Its subsidiaries include MDX BVI Ltd., Gateway Development Co., Ltd., and MDX Green Energy Co., Ltd.
