Master-Pack Group Berhad is a Malaysia-based company. The principal activities of the Company are investment holding and the provision of management services. The Company has two operating segments: Packaging Division and Other Divisions. The Packaging Division is involved in designing and manufacturing corrugated paper cartons and wooden packaging, as well as providing one-stop packaging solutions. The Other Divisions include the rental of properties and investment holding. The geographical segments cover Malaysia, Vietnam, and other regions. The Company’s services include one-stop packaging solutions, warehousing, and vendor managed inventory. Its subsidiaries include Master-Pack Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the manufacture of corrugated paperboards and carton boxes; Master-Pack (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd., which specializes in the manufacture and sale of corrugated fiberboard cartons; and Master-Pack Marine Products Sdn. Bhd., which is involved in the property letting business.
