Manning Ventures Inc. is a Canada-based company. The Company is in the exploration stage and its principal business activity is the sourcing and exploration of mineral properties. The Companyâ€™s projects include Leaf River Lithium and Bounty Lithium. The Leaf River Lithium project is located 200 kilometers west-southwest of the community of Kuujjiaq, Quebec. The Leaf River Lithium project consists of four separate projects, named Snap, Crackle, Pop and Pow, comprise a combined of over 65,785-hecatres (1,426 mineral claims). Bounty Lithium consists of over 89 mineral claims totaling 4,659 hectares, is located in the James Bay Region of west-central, Quebec. Bounty Lithium is prospective for hosting hard-rock, pegmatite-hosted lithium mineralization.
