Lii Hen Industries Bhd is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company's segments include Furniture manufacturing, Plantation and Other. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of furniture products as well as rubber tree plantation. The Company's furniture activities are carried out wholly in Muar and Tangkak districts of Johor Darul Takzim, Malaysia. The operational sites occupy approximately 3.05 million square feet of covered space, of which about 36% are leased premises. The Company is involved in the manufacture of a range of wood-based products, namely bedroom sets, solid dinettes, office furniture, upholstery sofa sets, utility shelves, occasional items and kiln drying timber processing. The Company has approximately 3,473 hectares of permanent reserve forest land in the state of Johor Darul Takzim for planting and/or cultivation of rubber wood trees of latex timber clone.
