Levon Resources Ltd., formerly 1027949 BC Ltd., is an exploration-stage company. The Company's principal business activities are the exploration for and development of exploration and evaluation properties in Mexico. The Company focuses on the exploration of the Cordero Project property. The Cordero Project is located in the State of Chihuahua in North Central Mexico approximately 180 kilometers south of the city of Chihuahua, and over 35 kilometers northeast of the mining town of Hidalgo Del Parral. The Cordero Project consists of approximately 37,000 hectares of contiguous mining claims covering the entire Cordero district. The Company owns over eight Crown Granted mineral claims, approximately three mining leases and over 25 mineral title claim units covering a total area of approximately 4,584.5 hectares (11,328.5 acres) in the Lillooet Mining Division, British Columbia, Canada. Its other mining properties include Congress Property, Goldbridge Claims and Wayside Property.
